1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MONARC'H, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Service description

MONARC'H is an artificial intelligence agent published by Sovinfra SAS, hosted on a sovereign European infrastructure. It enables its users to automate professional tasks via natural language instructions: email management, social media publishing, client follow-ups, document drafting, and any action achievable through a web browser.

MONARC'H is hosted on the Sovinfra.ai infrastructure, operated by Sovinfra SAS, with servers located in Europe (Prague, Czech Republic, and France).

3. Access to the service

MONARC'H is accessible at app.sovinfra.ai. Registration is open to any natural or legal person with a valid email address.

Trial period: The first 10 days of use are free, with no credit card required.

Paid subscription: After the trial period, access to the service is subject to payment of a monthly subscription of €1 excluding taxes per month.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity carried out from your account
• The legality of instructions transmitted to the agent
• Compliance of your use with applicable laws and regulations

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MONARC'H to:

• Generate illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory content or content that infringes on the rights of third parties
• Impersonate a person or organization
• Carry out spam, harassment, or phishing actions
• Circumvent security systems or gain unauthorized access to third-party services
• Resell access to the service without written authorization from Sovinfra

Sovinfra reserves the right to suspend any account in case of violation of these rules, without notice or refund.

6. Personal data and privacy

Your data is hosted in Europe, on the Sovinfra.ai infrastructure. It is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes and does not transit through infrastructures subject to the US Cloud Act.

Sovinfra only collects data necessary for the operation of the service (email address, session history, instructions transmitted to the agent). In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your data. To exercise these rights: legal@sovinfra.ai.

7. Intellectual property

MONARC'H, its brand, its interface and its technical components are the exclusive property of Sovinfra SAS. Content generated by MONARC'H at the user's request belongs to the user.

8. Limitation of liability

Sovinfra undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure the availability and quality of the service. However, Sovinfra cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use MONARC'H.

Sovinfra's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the dispute.

9. Termination

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period.

Sovinfra reserves the right to terminate any account in case of violation of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law and European Union law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
